From time to time your heat pump may need servicing.
If you bought your heat pump from us we offer our Workmanship Guarantee for the full length of the warranty on your heat pump – 5 years on Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin heat pumps and 6 years of Fujitsu Heat Pumps! This means that if any part of the heat pump needs replacing, or if any of the workmanship was at fault, you are covered for free for the full length of the warranty. That includes re-gassing if needed (which can save you up to $500!) (Some conditions apply).
We also offer servicing on all major brands of heat pumps – whether or not you purchased your heat pump from us. We are heat pump experts and have a full-time staff member dedicated to heat pump servicing throughout the Waikato and Auckland regions.
Doing simple maintenance yourself, such as cleaning the filters regularly, is important to reduce the servicing needed. But if your heat pump does need servicing, we’ll send in our experts to get your heat pump working well again.
